41 Free Christmas Memories Ideas For Your Family

Some of the best memories from my childhood revolve around Christmas. Especially as a child, it was such a bright and magical time. The best part about Christmas memories is that they can be absolutely free or darn near close! That’s why I wanted to make a Christmas memories ideas list for your family!

The key to making your Christmas memories is to remember that traditions will always outweigh gifts. I can’t remember most of the gifts I received as a child but I can certainly remember the magical memories and I’m sure many people can relate to this!

The true spirit of Christmas comes from embracing togetherness.

That exactly what these Christmas memories ideas will be all about.

Being with family and friends, laughing and smiling, being in fellowship, etc is what makes the best memories. Doing specific activities at Christmas (and only Christmas) helps make the memories extra special because they come around only one time each year.

I’ve broken these Christmas memories ideas down into various categories in this post to make search for the perfect memory easier. Take a look and see which memories best suit your family!

Remember that you can try multiple Christmas memory ideas until you find the one that sticks.

Just in case you missed it earlier in the post, the best Christmas memories ideas don’t require spending money, they require spending time with your family and friends!

I pray that you and your family have the best Christmas with you family this year and make the most beautiful memories.

Though this can be a stressful and busy season from some, try to take a step back and accept the hustle for what it is. It’s a short period of time and that busyness you are feeling is making someone else’s Christmas more beautiful.

Remember to lean on to friends and family during this time when you need it and enjoy your holiday!
